The text is loaded from textfiles stored in the “data/…/locale” directory. You could just modify them. For Core you can call “DockUI.getDefaultDockUI().setBundle(…)”, but for Common you’ll need to modify the textfiles anyway.

Yes. I suggest you write some ANT task that rips apart the library and replaces the file.
