Hi,

dies bekam ich gerade per Mail und habs dann nochmal nachgelesen:

For the last 15 years, all of us at Dyn have taken pride in offering a free version of our Dynamic DNS Pro product. What was originally a product built for a small group of users has blossomed into an exciting technology used around the world.

That is why with mixed emotions we announced the end of that free hostname program today, officially turning down on May 7th.

Nutzt einer von euch aktuell Dyndns Free oder Pro? Irgendwelche Alternativen? Lieber gleich eine statische IP/Domain besorgen?

Ich gab nen account bei prout.be/dns . ist recht unbekannt aber funktioniert. Update geht einfach mittels http-get. Mehr braucht es nicht imho.

Ich habe einen Account bei NoIP. Habe den in meinen Router eingetragen, brauche mich da um nichts weiter zu kümmern.

Dito, NoIP funktioniert prima.

Ich nutze auch No-IP, nachdem ich meine kostenfreien Accounts nach etlichen Jahren der Nutzung verloren hatte. Da hatte ich mal eine Bestätigungsmail übersehen und konnte keinen neuen Account mehr erstellen…

Kann ich bestätigen, die sind gut. Keinerlei Ausfälle. Und zusammen mit einer FRITZ!Box geht alles automatisch.

Danke für den NoIp Link. prout.be benötigt einen Webserver, den ich nicht extra dafür laufen lassen möchte.
