Your responsibilities
IT Portfolio Management and Project Management (PM), overall service delivery performance standards and metrics
Implementation of best practices, techniques, and tools for project management and planning, establishing an internal centre
of excellence in this domain
Establish and maintain an effective IT project portfolio management process, ensuring on-time, to-budget, to-specification
delivery of prioritized IT initiatives aligned with business priorities
Develop a business interaction model and a methodology to measure customer satisfaction across IT customers (for Project
Management)
Cultivate PM excellence within Global IT organization
Continuous improvement of the TSS Global Project Management Platform (Clarity) for all business units
Contribute to the administration of the Global IT department
Act as BPM Analyst for HR related processes/systems. Main IT contact for HR departments globally
Your experience, knowledge and skills
IT Degree or equivalent certification
Very good skills in Microsoft office (Word, PPT, Excel)
Project Management certification and experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
Fluent English with one TSS Marketing Company language (e.g. French, German, Italian, Spanish, etc.)
Self-motivated with ability to coordinate projects and report status and progress
Ability to travel and work effectively in a remote situation dealing with all levels of the organization
