Description
The IT team in FLOCERT GmbH is looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented person who is interested in working in an international environment.
Flexibility and varied experience in IT troubleshooting are essential assets on this position. The person will be part of a small, dynamic international team, which is responsible for the ICT infrastructure of all business processes within FLOCERT Fairtrade Certification.
Responsibilities
• All level support for Microsoft workstations (MS Win 10, MS Office 365) / Hardware and Software
• 1st level administration of Microsoft server-based systems (mainly Server 2012/2019)
• 1st level administration of Linux server-based systems (mainly Debian)
• Support and maintenance of printers and the ICT equipment in our conference facilities
• Instruct users on correct and efficient use of the core IT system components (e-mail, Fileserver, MS Remote Desktop, telephone system, mobile phones)
Qualifications
"Must haves"
• Enrollment at a university program (valid “Immatrikulationsbescheinigung”) during employment
• Microsoft operating systems, both Server and Desktop
• Fluency in English verbal and written
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Pro-active, hardworking, and reliable individual and work style
• Excellent communication skills, flexible, experience in dealing with different cultures
• Strong dedication towards customer service
• Motivation for Fairtrade
"Nice to have"
• ITIL Knowledge (Problem and Incident Management Processes)
• Linux know-how
• Fluency in German and/or Spanish verbal and written
• Programming using scripting languages (Examples: Ruby, Perl, Python, PHP, Javascript)
• Experience in administrating VMWare ESXi / Microsoft Azure
• SQL knowledge
• Experience in IT User Support and Ticketing Systems
