Frage: Die c/c++ Erweiterung ist ohne Zweifel gut(!), aber es ist keinerlei Compiler dabei. MinGW finde ich nicht so gut. Möchte „hardwarenah“ proggen. Kann man iwie an den cpp Compiler des Visual Studio gelangen, ohne das Visual Studio zu installieren? Mir ist noch nicht so ganz klar, warum es so „umständlich“ ist? Oder anders gefragt: Wie proggt ihr in „C++ as per the ISO standard“ (pure cpp)?
