Essential Skills:

Demonstrable experience building products and features for customer focused online business - with an eye for quality

Demonstrable experience of building Roadmaps, using data to qualify the strategies - although sometimes market opportunity may supersede data, so a visionary yet pragmatic approach is required

Knowledge and working experience of UX principles and working with UX teams

Knowledge and working experience of Agile methodologies

Ability to define agile requirements, communicate them to developers and stakeholders and ensure they are delivered effectively

Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
-
A collaborative and hands-on approach to working with teams and freelancers
-
Strong stakeholder management skills; the ability to have honest and open conversations

Commercial acumen

Educated to a degree level, with fluency in written and verbal English

Comfortable working within the Lottery industry
